These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kitbasher ("the app"), developed by Ginger Ninja Developments ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kitbasher.
Kitbasher has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats of violence, sexually explicit material, content that exploits or endangers minors, discriminatory content, spam, and any content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is posted.
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behaviour may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
Every post, project update, and comment in Kitbasher can be reported directly from within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. If you encounter content or a user that violates these Terms, please report it in-app or contact us directly at the address below. We aim to review reports promptly.
Kitbasher lets you post workbench projects, photos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating the community.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You agree not to post content that violates Section 1 above, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms — in particular the zero-tolerance policy in Section 1. You may also delete your own account at any time from within the app.
Kitbasher offers optional paid membership tiers, billed through the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat depending on your platform. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant store's policies.
Kitbasher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, you will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms the next time you open the app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
